About This Temple

Located on Rameswaram island, this temple has the longest corridor among all Hindu temples in India. It is one of the twelve Jyotirlinga temples.

Significance

One of the four Char Dhams and one of the twelve Jyotirlingas. Features the longest temple corridor in India at 1,220 meters.
